We finally have a home, a little piece of the information superhighway, we can call our own to share in my unique and creative take on the world and I couldn't have done it without you. Black Lit, street Lit, Hip-Hop fiction or Urban fiction - call it what you will - but it is what I do and is my passion. So thanks for joining me in what I choose to call the cool, sexy, exciting and addictive world of Marksman studios. There's nothing like having a vision and eventually seeing it come into reality. Hard work, loyalty and trust is what it's about to get anything done in this world worth a damn and believe me when I say it could not have become cold, hard reality without my readers. Urban novels are nothing new but their popularity have become something of a phenomenon for mainstream publishers especially in the States unfortunately we haven't been so forward thinking in the UK. It has been a long, sometimes disheartening journey, fighting with agents and publishers along the way, having novels shelved or simply being away from you for too long without my presence lighting up your bookshelves.
What should you expect from me month after month to keep you hooked to your screens? Well let's just say I'm going to make a point of not just entertaining you but informing you too and make the Marksman hub the premier destination for my brand of street lit, spoken in the language of the projects, inner cities and ghettos but so much more. Urban stories, urban lifestyle and urban news with my signature twist. Inject the tired ass, pretentious literary world with some ghetto fab and give you a day pass into my world.
 I could have easily been classed as a flash in the pan and forgotten. But if I could depend on one thing in those dark times it would be your unerring support of what I do. Everything I have is the culmination of working with good people - directly or indirectly - who shared their time, enthusiasm and passion with me to get shit done. And this site with my love of all things urban is a reflection of that. Marksman Studios is far more than my engrossing books, stories, characters and images it is a piece of me that I'm sharing with you. An in depth expose on my dreams, aspirations and sometimes nightmares that normally are kept private but will not be censored from your eyes. Keeping it real requires I balance the creative and the commercial because after all this is my brand but you are my main inspiration never forget that.
